UVA quarterback Chandler Morris sues NCAA

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Virginia quarterback Chandler Morris has filed a lawsuit against the NCAA seeking an additional year of eligibility.
Morris and his attorney applied for a medical redshirt waiver and appeal, but the NCAA denied it in January.
The quarterback led UVA to a program-record 11 wins and an ACC championship game appearance
The Cavaliers defeated Missouri 13-7 in a bowl game.
