Wine Guild of Charlottesville hosts event for Ace Biscuit and Barbecue

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - The Wine Guild hosted a pop-up event Saturday April 27 to help another local restaurant get back on its feet.

Ace Biscuit and Barbecue on Concord Avenue has been closed temporarily since March due to a break-in which left an estimated $50,000 in damages.

The Wine Guild, located right next door, hosted the pop-up to help Ace Biscuit and Barbecue still get some business while it works to recover from the incident.

The Wine Guild plans to hold more of these pop-ups in the near future.
