Amazon is bringing 30-minute delivery to dozens of US cities
(CNN) - Amazon is now offering a 30-minute delivery service for thousands of items from groceries to everyday essentials.
The service, called “Amazon Now,” is available in Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia and Seattle and is expanding to dozens of other U.S. cities. Those include Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, Oklahoma City and Phoenix.
Amazon Now can deliver thousands of items from fresh groceries to household items in 30 minutes or less, and in most areas, it’s available 24 hours a day. The service uses a network of smaller delivery hubs for order fulfillment.
The delivery fees start at $3.99 per order for Prime members and $13.99 for non-members. An additional fee applies to orders under $15.
