Missing 18-year-old found dead in river after massive search in 2 states

NICHOLS, N.Y. (WBNG/Gray News) - A missing 18-year-old was found dead in New York, authorities said.
New York State Police announced that Dalton G. Malmstrom was found dead in the Susquehanna River.
Malmstrom was last seen leaving his home around 7:45 a.m. on May 9.
Family members told police he was “not acting like himself” before he left, the New York State Police said in a press release. Troopers said that Malmstrom left his home Saturday morning after an argument with family.
Malmstrom’s disappearance prompted a large-scale search by emergency responders and volunteers from New York and Pennsylvania.
No details about his death have been provided.
