Several people found dead in Texas boxcar, investigation underway

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS/Gray News) - At least six people were found dead in a boxcar in southern Texas.

Laredo police were called out to a Union Pacific boxcar by the railyard on Sunday where they found several people inside.

Police did not say how they got inside or how long they had been there. Their causes of death were not immediately available.

The investigation was still active as of Sunday night.
