Half-naked courthouse vandal arrested

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Chesterfield police have arrested a man accused of vandalizing property at the Chesterfield courthouse while partially dressed.

The individual has been identified as 39-year-old Andrew Stillerman, who faces felony charges for destruction of property and a misdemeanor charge for vandalism.
In addition to the courthouse incident, authorities believe he may also be responsible for vandalizing the Chesterfield County Central Library, a local restaurant, and committing a theft at a convenience store.
Authorities confirmed his arrest on Sunday afternoon.
