Survey getting feedback on security-related issues for Charlottesville High School

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) - Charlottesville City Schools is looking for community feedback on three possible ideas to improve safety at Charlottesville High School.

An online survey is asking about the use of weapon detectors at sporting events or at the student entrances of the school, as well as a partnership between the police and schools, and the use of cell phones during school hours.

CCSs would like people to finish the survey before School Board’s meeting for March 7.
